From the PayPal checkout page, you can pay using PayPal or any major credit card. For credit card purchases, follow to the PayPal checkout page, and from there, all major credit cards will be accepted for payment.

If your book is not pushed to your Kindle upon checkout, you can re-send to your Kindle device at any time. All of your online purchases from the Entangled bookstore can be viewed and downloaded again from your My Library view.

  1. Log into your Entangled website account from any device, and then click My Library. A list of all your purchased books is displayed there.
  2. Click "Send" next to any book to deliver the e-book to all of your Kindle devices listed in My Devices.
Note: If you don’t see your e-book on your Kindle app in the Books view, be sure to also check the Docs folder on your Kindle app.

Log into your Entangled website account from any device, and then click My Library. A list of all your purchased books is displayed.

      1. Click Download to save the book to the current device, such as iPhone™, iPad™, Android™, computer, or other devices capable of opening PDF documents.
      2. Click Send to re-deliver the PDF document to your Kindle™ device.
      3. Click View to open the book on your current device.

Items sold directly by Entangled Publishing, LLC to customers whose shipping address is located in certain states are subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws.

If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges.

Your phone number is required in case there is a problem with delivery or payment of the transaction. Entangled will only use your phone number to contact in case of an issue.

If you want to use your rewards points to pay for part or all of your purchase, proceed to checkout through your Shopping Cart. From the Payment Details section of checkout, you can choose to apply your reward points to your purchase by checking “Use My Fanatic Rewards Points.” Points applied to your order will be displayed in the Order Summary as “Internal Credit.”

No, your reward points will remain in your account. You may use your points at any time to pay for part or all of your pending purchase.

Reward points are nontransferable and cannot be transferred to a new Rewards Points account.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] for an exchange. Please allow us up to 7 days to process your request from the time we receive it.

Entangled sends a weekly Steals and Deals e-mail to newsletter subscribers with books that are on sale that week or the latest hot releases. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletters at any time.

To change your newsletter subscription options, sign in to your Entangled account, and then click My Account. From the My Account page, click My Newsletter Subscriptions. Check or uncheck any newsletter subscription options, and then click Save to save your newsletter selections.

Make sure your Kindle™ account will accept books from Entangled Publishing (Amazon Help) by doing the following:

  1. Go to your Amazon page to Manage Your Content and Devices.
  2. Click the “Settings” tab, and scroll down to “Approved Personal Document E-mail List”.
  3. Click the link at the bottom of the list that says, “Add a new approved e-mail address"
  4. Add [email protected], and click “Add Address” to save and close window.
  5. On same page, scroll up to the “Send-to-Kindle E-Mail Settings” section, and note the email address of the Kindle device where you wish to send your e-books.

For faster delivery of your purchased e-books to your Kindle devices, make sure your Kindle devices are saved in your Entangled Publishing account settings by doing the following:

  1. Go to your Entangled Publishing web site, and log in.
  2. Click My Account from the main menu to open the Dashboard view.
  3. From your Dashboard, click My Devices.
  4. Add the email address of your Kindle device where you wish to send your e-books, (such as @kindle.com), and then click Save.
  5. Add additional Kindle email addresses as you wish.
Now, when you purchase books from the Entangled Bookstore, these Kindle devices will be listed in the Delivery Options section during Checkout, and you can auto-deliver your purchased books to any or all of the saved devices.

Log into your Entangled bookstore account from any device, and then click My Library. A list of all your purchased books is displayed. Click either Download or Send, depending on your e-reader device type.

  1. Click Download to save the book to your current non-Kindle device, such as iPhone™, iPad™, Android™, computer, or other devices capable of opening PDF documents.
  2. Click Send to deliver the e-book to your Kindle device. Clicking Send will deliver this e-book to all of your saved Kindle devices listed in My Devices.
