He’s made an offer she can’t refuse…
Kelsie Reed is over bad luck and bad men. Newly dumped, she’s now the pathetically single maid of honor in her sister’s wedding—and her ex is the best man. Her bad luck continues when a plumbing meltdown in her apartment sends her sexy neighbor running to her rescue. He’s got “serial dater” written all over him, which is unfortunate because the man is hot.
Sawyer Chase loves women, but settling down? He’ll leave that to his brothers. But when Kelsie confesses she’s a dating disaster and is about to become the laughing stock of her family wedding, Sawyer takes control. He’s got one week to teach her how to land the man of her dreams, and he’ll do it on her terms: no touching, no kissing, and definitely nothing more.
But some rules need to be broken, especially when, for once, there’s something on the line worth fighting for…

This book was a whole lot of fun! Most of the romances that I have been picking up lately have been okay but none of them really felt like fun. I wanted fun and that is what I got with this little story. This book was sexy, sweet, and funny en... ...more

I'm so glad I got to read this sweet story. I really enjoyed reading it. What can I say, I'm a sucker for slightly broken heroes and their heroines, who at the end help save them from their past demons.
For such a short read, there is... ...more
I just love a fun read and when an author can pull that off, it just makes the reading experience so much better. When I read the synopsis on this book, I knew that this author would offer up a great book to review and enjoy.
From the first words I knew this would be a winner. The author gives us... ...more
Plenty of witty banter and snark makes For Seven Nights Only a great contemporary romance read.

Now I’ve read several books by this author already and really liked the sound of this one, so I jumped at the chance to read an ARC of this one. I’m so glad I did! This is the second book in the Chase brothers series by Ballance and while I enjoyed the first book I definitely liked this one better. It was filled with cute moments and lots of laughs.

I really enjoyed For Seven Nights Only.
Both Kelsie and Sawyer were fun, likable characters that had me laughing and totally engrossed with their story. Loved Kelsie's little dog and some of the scene's with Sawyer and Marmaduke or Minidick as Sawyer liked to call him cracked me up.
After really enjoying the first book in the Chase brothers series Five Things I Love About You, I was looking forward to another brother meeting his match, and that's definitely the case here. Sawyer's reputation as a player in the game of love is well known, having been caught perhaps one too ma... ...more
Holy hotness on a stick! I LOVE Sawyer's story. There were times where I found myself talking back to the Kindle (don't judge)
All of the characters are very well-written. I could really identify with Kelsie (except for the not being able to cook part LOL). She is self-conscious, hides herself und... ...more

Kelsie has some horrible luck with dates. The fact that she’s heading for a family wedding as her sister’s maid of honor and her ex will be the best man pretty sums up her luck. When Sawyer shows up at her apartment door looking for the water source that’s leaking int... ...more

I love Sarah Balance books, they are fun and flirty with a bit of zip to them.
Sawyer and Kelsie are no disappointment. Kelsie has very little self confidence, covers her body in ridiculous clothes and can't cook to save her life.

In theory, Sawyer means to teach Kelsey, but in the end Sawyer is the one who learns the most. A nice story, quick and easy to read.
