Review

...the perfect blend of sweet and sexy, all presented with Holiday's fantastically funny wit and spot-on profound observations about human behavior, social expectation, and the way we fall in love. ~Heroes and Heartbreakers

"Thank you for writing this funny, modern storythat doesn't settle for stereotypes or cheap laughs." ~ Dear Author (Arecommended read and best of 2015 book)

The second addition to the 49th Floor trilogy will produce more than a few belly laughs and will make one think about what true love and fate really mean, or if they even exit. We've all heard that everything supposedly happens for a reason, but true-to-life heroine Amy explores the concept in her romance with Dax. Amy is an extremely likeable character who comes through loud and clear thanks to Holiday's skill, and it's a lot of fun to follow alongside her romantic journey. ~RT Book Reviews

I pretty much enjoyed everything about this romance. It has a perfect mix of angst and humor, seriousness and sexy times. The romance builds at a nice pace and there is no insta-love. Dax and Amy are both interesting and fully fleshed out. If you're looking for a fun read that you can gobble up in one sitting then this one is for you. I can't wait to read more by this author. ~Fiction Vixen

There was a great balance of chemistry, romance, friendship, and banter that will keep readers entertained. So if you are looking for another great friends/enemy lover type of stories then this book is a must read. ~Four Chicks Flipping Pages

I really enjoyed following Dax and Amy as the moved from annoyance & denial to lust & friendship and finally to love. I loved that Holiday didn't rush the journey, allowing hesitations and second thoughts. Amy and Dax can't seem to stop kissing, but they take the time to become friends before they finally have sex. ~The Immersed Reader

I read Saving the CEO but wasn't that impressed with it, so I wasn't planning to read Sleeping with Her Enemy. But then I saw my good friend Brandy's review and I decided to give it a try. It's easy to give in when the book's price is just USD 0.99! I'm glad I picked it up. I liked this a lot better than the fi...

About the author

USA Today Best Selling Author

Jenny Holiday

Jenny Holiday started writing in fourth grade, when her awesome hippie teacher, between sessions of Pete Seeger singing and anti-nuclear power plant letter writing, gave the kids notebooks and told them to write stories. Most of Jenny's featured poltergeist, alien invasions, or serial killers who managed to murder everyone except her and her mom. She showed early promise as a romance writer, though, because nearly every story had a happy ending: fictional Jenny woke up to find that the story had been a dream, and that her best friend, father, and sister had not, in fact, been axe-murdered. From then on, she was always writing, often in her diary, where she liked to decorate her declarations of existential angst with nail polish teardrops. Eventually she channelled her penchant for scribbling into a more useful format. After picking up a PhD in urban geography, she became a professional writer, and has spent many years promoting research at a major university, which allows her to become an armchair astronomer/historian/particle physicist, depending on the day. Eventually, she decided to try her hand again at happy endings--minus the bloodbaths. You can follow her twitter accounts @jennyholi and @TropeHeroine or visit her on the web at jennyholiday.com.
