The same night Lady Katherine Blakely discovers just what a monster her husband is, she meets a charming stranger, a gentleman from top to toe, not a wolf in gallant evening dress as so many of them are. But even he is not all that he seems.

Lord George Draconis Thornton has returned from abroad as Earl of Melbourne. As the commander of the Dominus Daemonum, demon hunters set on earth to purge the world of creatures corrupting mankind, his mission is to expel the demon prince, Damas, back to the underworld before he corrupts his last remaining descendant. But a golden-haired beauty derails his plans. Determined to save her from an abusive marriage, he loses his way. And the price for his failure will be the greatest loss he has felt in all the centuries he has lived on earth.

Each book in the Dominion series is STANDALONE:

"Dark and opulent, drawing on rumors of the infamous "Hellfire Clubs"of the 18th century, Cross' worldbuilding tantalizes and seduces the reader, much as events unfold between characters in the book." ~RT Book Reviews

"Juliette Cross never ceases to amaze me with the depth of her craft. The Deepest Well is both horrifying and achingly sweet. George and Katherine was definitely meant for each other and that much is very clear." ~Ramblings of a Chaotic Mind

"The reason this book works is b/c it takes place over hundreds of years. TIME is the answer. It made everything not only believable, but I understood it. It broke my heart. But it broke my heart b/c it was real...THE DEEPEST WELL was my first book by Juliette Cross, but it will not be the last.Highly recommended." ~Jessica, Rabid Reads "Genre mesh that is seamless and invigorating. I am so glad to have met these characters in the Vessel trilogy. Witnessing the true depth of their character in The Deepest Well was beyond refreshing and I just may have found a new utopic, literary sweet spot." ~Smexy Books

"I fell in love with George... a man that would stop at nothing to save his woman. One of the best "Knight in shining armor" characters I've met in awhile. My heart broke for him and Katherine. This story was so well written, engaging and had me turning the pages... and, has shown me once again why Juliette Cross is still one of my favorite PR authors." ~ChattyKat, KT Book Reviews

About the author

Juliette Cross

Juliette calls lush, moss-laden Louisiana home where the landscape curls into her imagination, creating mystical settings for her stories. She has a B.A. in creative writing from Louisiana State University, a M.Ed. in gifted education, and was privileged to study under the award-winning author Ernest J. Gaines in grad school. Her love of mythology, legends, and art serve as constant inspiration for her works. From the moment she read JANE EYRE as a teenager, she fell in love with the Gothic romance--brooding characters, mysterious settings, persevering heroines, and dark, sexy heroes. Even then, she not only longed to read more novels set in Gothic worlds, she wanted to create her own.
